• Resume links and job request details

• The part after the @ in your company email
• Role selection (Job Seeker or Referrer)
• Any information inputed via a form

• To facilitate referral matching and communication
• To personalize your experience on the platform
• To enforce weekly limits and prevent misuse
• To send notifications about matches and updates
• To improve our services and user experience

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your information is visible only to matched users based on your selected role.

We use Supabase and encrypted sessions to store and secure your information. OTPs and emails are sent using secure SMTP servers.

5. Your Choices

You may update or delete your data anytime from your profile. For complete deletion, contact us via email.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you through the platform or via email.
